We have a few basic rules regarding all entries.

You may submit up to 3 images in total. The entries can be in any amount, in any category. Eg. 2
images in the Nature and 1 in the Open category is acceptable.
If there is a chosen Set Subject for the evening, you may enter an addisional 1 image in the Set
Subject category, which means you can enter a total of 4 images.
Only ONE Audio Visual may be submitted per evening.
The Image Size defines how big the image is in KiloBytes or MegaBytes.
All entries may be NO bigger than 500kb. Please refer to the Tutorial section for more information on Image Sizes.
The Image Dimension defines the resolution/amount of pixels in the image.
All entries may be NO bigger than 1024 x 768 pixels. This means the maximum pixels Horisontally is
1024, and the maximum pixels Vertically is 768. Please refer to the Tutorial section for more information on Image Dimensions.
The Image Format defines in which type of file the image have been saved.
All entries may only be submitted if they are saved in the JPEG format. The file extension is .jgp or .jpeg.

Digital Manipulation can be described as the Post Processing or Editing of an image in a program like Adobe Photoshop.
Manipulation is an accepted part of photography. The original image must have been made by the exhibitor on a recognized
camera and all modification of that original must be made by the exhibitor.
The following is NOT seen as Digital Manipulation:
- Resizing
- Cropping
- Removal of Dust or Scratch marks
- Adjustment of Exposure and Contrast
- Adjustment/correction of color balance
- Adjustment of Saturation
- Reduction of Digital noise
- Sharpening
For the purpose of telling a true story, images in Nature, and Photojournalism may NOT be manipulated. Images in these sections will be disqualified if they have undergone Digital Manipulation.
Digital Images
The Image Name should striclty be in the following format:
[grading][category]-[memberID]-[title].jpg
-grading is your Star rating
-category is the category prefix to be used.
-memberID is your member ID number.
-title is the name of your photo
Eg. If Klaas Geswind's ID is 123, is rated a 2 Star member, and is submitting an Open category photo titled "Sy perd", then the Image Name should be as follows:
2o-123-Sy perd.jpg

Audio Visuals
An AV (Audio Visual) should be named the same way as a Digital Image.
[grading][category]-[memberID]-[title].exe
